Leadership

My role as Senior pastor is to develop active and mature believers. I am committed to the preparation and motivation of the church to effectively minister to one another and the community for the purpose of fulfilling the Great Commission. I believe that every facet and program of the church should be involved in evangelism. Soul winning must be the number one goal of any Pentecostal church. Every believer is a disciple of Christ. The proper training of each believer is necessary for all ministries of the church to fulfill the Great Commission.

The Church must be a place where families can come together in unity and love of the Spirit. It is to be a place for spiritual and physical growth where each believer may satisfy the hunger of the heart. Also, we need to provide a place to disciple new believers, to teach and train all believers with the biblical discipline of Christian life, and to lead them into the Baptism of the Holy Spirit. Finally, we must prepare the next generation of Christians, our children and youth, for the service of the Lord.

Pastor Omar is the associate pastor to the Hispanic ministries serving as a right hand to the lead pastor. He assists in carrying out the ministry to our Spanish speaking congregants. Involved in building relationships with members while ministering to their spiritual needs and obtaining help for their physical needs when needed. Also, leading the areas of outreach to assimilate newcomers and guests into the church family.

Debbie's responsibilities includes choosing and leading music, facilitating worship in the church service, and create elements to enhance the congregation’s spiritual experience.

Jodie serves as the Administrative Assistant to the Pastor. Her role is responsible for a wide range of activities in the church office. Managing schedules and appointments, communication , coordination between the staff, clients, department leaders.

Leslie's role focuses on helping children worship God in an age-appropriate way, fostering their spiritual growth through structured programs and volunteer support.  Ensuring that the children’s ministry is well-organized, biblically grounded, and family-friendly, while also building a strong, motivated team that impacts the church’s mission.
