Our Vision

At River Hills Church we are
Becoming Followers of Jesus Christ.

River Hills Church of the Assemblies of God is a Pentecostal Church founded on the unshakable truths of God's inerrant Holy Word. We exist to include people in the celebration of God's real presence, develop individuals into mature followers of Christ, present Jesus Christ to a needy community, and be obedient to God's voice.

River Hills Church is where...

Every person has the right to a presentation of the Gospel at his or her level of understanding.
Every person needs a biblical moral compass to guide and protect him or her throughout life.
Every person has unique gifts to be discovered, developed, and used to strengthen the Church.
Every person has a purpose in advancing the global mission of the Christ and the Church.

The heart is symbolic of God's love so it an appropriate reminder to love God with all our heart, soul, mind, and strength.

The outstretched hand shows that serving people requires our intentionality to connect with those in need our us.

The circle of connection has a twofold purpose. It speaks of sharing what we have with others but it also speaks of building relationships which is vital to our ability to witness.

The beacon of light turns our thoughts toward Jesus' words about us that we are the "light of the world." That light gives hope.
